Why Namibia's presence matters

This year's Assembly carries special weight for Namibia.

AOPA Namibia President Riaan Burger now serves as the IAOPA Africa-Middle East Region Vice President, placing Namibia in a leadership role on the world stage and giving our pilots a direct hand in shaping the international GA agenda for 2027 and beyond.

The decisions made in Frankfurt affect the airspace, regulations, and operational freedoms of GA pilots here in Namibia. Sending a strong delegation isn't just about attendance — it's about making sure our voice is heard where it counts.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsors of the AOPA Namibia delegation to the IAOPA World Assembly will receive recognition across our newsletter, website, and events throughout 2026. Sponsorship includes:

Your logo on the world stage

The AOPA Namibia delegation will carry sponsor acknowledgement to Frankfurt which will appear on delegation materials presented at an assembly where over 80 countries are represented.

Your brand travels with Namibia's Aviation Voice to the room where international GA policy is made.

A dedicated feature in the AOPA Namibia newsletter

Before the delegation departs, we'll publish a sponsor spotlight in the AOPA Namibia newsletter, read by Namibia's active pilot and aviation community.

This isn't just a logo in a footer. It's an introduction to your organisation to an audience that flies, owns aircraft, operates airstrips, and makes decisions about aviation services and travel.

Permanent recognition on the AOPA Namibia website

Your logo and a link to your website will appear on our homepage and dedicated IAOPA World Assembly page for the duration of 2026. Every potential sponsor we approach, and every pilot or aviation enthusiast who visits our website will see who stood behind Namibia's AOPA delegation.

Named in our post-assembly report

After Frankfurt, AOPA Namibia will publish a post-assembly report covering what was discussed, what resolutions Namibia supported, and what it means for GA in our region.

Every sponsor will be named in that report, associating your brand with the outcome, not just the send-off.

Recognition at AOPA Namibia events & meetings through 2026

Your support will be acknowledged at AOPA Namibia events and meetings for the remainder of 2026. That means your logo and brand will be in front of the pilots, operators, and aviation stakeholders who make up our membership.

Social media recognition

We'll acknowledge each sponsor across AOPA Namibia's social media channels, giving your brand a direct introduction to our online aviation community.
