RWY 11/29 - sand, slight upslope on RWY 11 - Left or Right hand traffic - Circuit alt. 3,400’ AMSL

CAUTIONS

1. High mountains and GND E, W and S of airfield.

2. Hot air balloons active in early morning.

3. Watch for animals in vicinity of RWYs

4. High density VFR operations in vicinity of aerodrome.

5. New shorter RWY just south and parallel of old RWY with crosses.

6. Small stones on RWY.

LANDING INSTRUCTIONS

Kulala and Little Kulala Lodges area approximately 4-6 km to NW of airstrip, 10-15 min drive from airfield. Little Kulala Lodge is in the riverved approx on left base for RWY 11. Permission and indemnity required before landing. Contact Lodge beforehand to arrange pickup. Do not overfly camp on NW of RWY. No turn-arounds on RWY, only at THR. Parking on THR 29. Use concrete pad to the east. Windsock at fire shed.
